• Provided mechanical, electrical construction documents for the      replacement of existing boilers with new cast iron boilers.

• Performed field survey of three mechanical rooms identifying heating      water piping and heating water pumps serving various zones within the      buildings.

• Preparation of construction cost estimate for replacement of      boilers, related piping, electrical work and controls.

• Performance of construction phase services consisting of field      visits, review of shop drawing and preparation of punch out items.
