Emergency Department at Prince George’s Hospital Center:

Design of the mechanical and electrical system for renovation of the emergency department.


Isolation Rooms at Prince George’s Hospital Center:

Design of the mechanical and electrical system for conversion of twelve existing patient rooms into isolation rooms. Preparation of mechanical and electrical construction documents and performance of construction phase services for conversion of the existing patient rooms into the patient isolation rooms.


Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) Replacement:

Electrical design for the replacement of six existing Automatic Transfer Switches serving the Hospital’s Emergency System. Preparation of electrical construction documents and construction phase services for the Replacement of the replacement of the existing Automatic Transfer Switches.


Nursery Modifications at Prince George’s Hospital Center:

Design of the HVAC system for conversion of existing patient rooms into a nursery room.


Elevator at Prince George’s Hospital Center:

Design of the electrical system for addition of the existing elevators to the emergency generator.


Emergency Lighting at Prince George’s Hospital Center:

Design of emergency lighting system for existing operating rooms.


Ultrasound Rooms:

Design of split air conditioning units to supplement existing building HVAC system serving the ultrasound rooms.
