Structural engineering services for the survey, evaluation, design, and construction phase services for the repairs of two side by side parking garage structures at the Maryland Reception Diagnostics & Classification Center (MRDCC), Department of Public Safety & Correctional Services (DPSCS) in Baltimore, Maryland:

• The project involved the performance of structural survey, evaluation, design, cost estimate, and construction phase services related to the repairs of two (2), four level (4), side by side mirror image parking garage structures, consisting of cast in plane and precast, prestressed concrete structural components.

• The construction documents including the corrective details, repair procedures, repair materials and sequence of construction were prepared based on the results of the survey and evaluation of the existing conditions.

• The phasing procedures of the project were included in the construction documents and were implemented to allow for the use of the garage facilities during the construction phase.
