The Fairland Sports and Aquatic Complex includes an inflated tennis bubble which houses six tennis courts. The tennis bubble is about twenty years old, and the owner has commissioned a design/build team to replace the existing tennis bubble and related heating, air conditioning, generator, lighting, fire alarm, security, and communication system. F&H has been engaged by the owner to perform the following tasks for this project:

• Review the construction documents including the mechanical and electrical drawing and the documents and equipment provided by the      supplier of the tennis bubble.

• Review the baseline and monthly project schedule prepared by the General Contractor and prepare a report addressing he issues which might  impact the project schedule.

• Review Change Orders (COs) and Possible Change Orders (PCOs) and prepare a report with comments concerning the Cos and PCOs.

• Attendance at the kick off meeting and monthly progress meeting with   the Design/Build team and the owner.
